Girls Youth Lacrosse

Oviedo & Winter Springs Girls Lacrosse Program

OWLS Youth Lacrosse proudly offers a girls youth lacrosse program for players in Oviedo, Winter Springs, and Seminole County. Girls lacrosse is one of the fastest growing youth sports in Florida, and our program provides a positive environment where young athletes can learn the game and build confidence.

Our girls program welcomes players of all experience levels, from beginners picking up a stick for the first time to athletes preparing for middle school and high school lacrosse.

Teams follow the development model recommended by USA Lacrosse to support skill progression and fair competition.
